At Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service we are continually expanding our Specialist services, we are now seeking to recruit a full time Admin Assistant to join our busy team at our stunning state-of-the-art veterinary hospital located in Shirley, West Midlands.

We are looking for an Admin Assistant with strong administrator experience to become part of our fantastic team supporting clients in advance of their appointment and beyond.
The role encompasses many different responsibilities including processing of pet insurance claims and queries, following these through to account completion, as well as administration tasks. A degree of flexibility and teamwork will be required to meet the varying needs. To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of two years’ experience, good communication skills, accuracy, attention to detail, must be computer literate and have the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
The ability to work under pressure and remain positive, professional, friendly and a genuine concern for clients and their pets are of the utmost importance. No two days are the same, the pace can be fast and the challenges rewarding.
