Jenny Jones

After graduating Jenny spent three years in General Practice before developing the ‘referral bug’. Jenny joined Willows in January 2007 and two years later enrolled in the Advanced Nursing Diploma specialising in Surgical and Medical nursing.

After six years at Willows Jenny was promoted to Surgical Nurse, and then Surgical Nurse Co-ordinator before becoming the Surgical Team Leader two years later. Having grown and developed since joining back in 2007 she has recently completed her level 3 in Leadership and Management and regularly carries out CPD to keep afresh of new advancements. Jenny leads a team of surgical nurses and support staff and works closely with a great supportive team managing caseload and the wonderful jobs such as SOP’s and rota’s. She loves the busy aspects of referral nursing and the variety of caseload.

Outside of work, Jenny has two lively labrador cross cocker spaniels who love the great outdoors!
