At Willows you can rest assured that we provide immediate case acceptance for all emergency cases in their time of need.
Our Specialist-led teams are on hand, round the clock to provide exceptional care for emergency patients with all urgent referrals being reviewed and accepted immediately.
Always Available, Always Accessible
During the day, for most patients, our dedicated client care team can arrange an urgent referral on your first call. Same day emergencies are accepted through our Emergency Room team who may request a brief discussion with you to ensure smooth transition and excellence in the care of your patient. Pre-referral stabilisation and treatment plans can also be discussed with a member of our team if required.
Following an urgent or emergency referral to Willows, we will carry out an initial consultation and develop a contextualised, bespoke care plan for the patient in collaboration with their owner. If diagnostic tests, medical treatment or emergency surgery is required, we will admit the patient to the appropriate ward in our state-of-the-art hospital and continue to liaise closely with the owner as the patient progresses with investigation and treatment.

Our advanced Intensive Care Unit is fully supported by our Specialist multidisciplinary teams, dedicated nursing and clinical support teams and equipped with life-support facilities enabling us to provide care for patients with the most critical disorders.
