Referring a case
Our referral clinicians are always on hand to take referrals and to discuss the case beforehand if required. A comprehensive 24 hour emergency service is provided for both new and ongoing cases.
To refer a case:
- To speed up the referrals process in future and to take advantage of other options eg: CPD notifications and to view your referral history with Willows sign up here
- take advantage of our online Referred Case Registration Form - you will automatically be entered into our quarterly prize draw each time you refer a case*
- alternatively call us on 0121 712 7070 and speak to one our reception team who will be happy to assist. In the event of an emergency please ask to speak to one of our clinicians who will deal with your request as a priority
- or, for non-urgent cases, you may prefer to ask the owner to telephone us to book the appointment – please remember to tell them which discipline to ask for!
In all cases, please remember to supply any relevant history, including diagnostic images and the results of any diagnostic tests etc. Information can be sent by uploading your documentation with your online Referred Case Registration Form.
