At Willows we are committed to delivering the very best in veterinary CPD, sharing knowledge and expertise through collaborative learning. Throughout the year we offer a comprehensive CPD programme hosted both in house at Willows and externally with a range of regional CPD events.
Evening CPD Seminars (FREE)
Held in our stunning, state-of-the-art hospital in Shirley, Solihull our CPD seminars begin with an optional tour at 6.30pm for a behind the scenes look at life and practice at Willows.
A light buffet, wine and refreshments will be served from 7.00pm followed by presentations at 8.00pm, lasting approximately one and a half hours.
Regional Evening CPD Seminars (FREE)
Throughout the year we host CPD seminars at a number of regional venues, providing the perfect opportunity for you to meet our Specialist team(s) and attend our informative evening presentations a little closer to home.
A light buffet, wine and refreshments will be served from 7.00pm followed by presentations at 8.00pm, lasting approximately one and a half hours.
Clinical Clubs (FREE)
Held in our stunning, state-of-the-art hospital in Shirley, Solihull our Clinical Clubs start at 8.00pm, lasting approximately one and a half hours. Centred on a steeplechase of several case studies presented for small groups of four to six Vets to discuss collectively, followed by further analysis and discussion with our Specialists.
The cases presented vary throughout the year encompassing; Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Soft Tissue Surgery, Emergency Critical Care, Anaesthesia, Oncology, Cardiology and Dermatology.
Refreshments and biscuits will be provided.
Radiology Workshops (FREE)
Held in our stunning, state-of-the-art hospital in Shirley, Solihull our Radiology Workshops provide the opportunity to improve your radiology skills in a face to face environment with our Board Certified Radiologists. Taking place on the first Tuesday of the month at 8pm, radiology films will be presented for observation and you will be invited to write a short film report on each case. Our Radiologists will then go through the pertinent findings in intimate small group sessions for further discussion.
Refreshments and biscuits will be provided.
Multi-Disciplinary CPD Conferences
Held in our stunning, state-of-the-art hospital in Shirley, Solihull our popular and highly informative Multidisciplinary CPD Conferences cover a wide range of topics and disciplines exploring the crossover of a truly multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
A full day event, the conference will begin with registration and refreshments from 9am- 9.30am with presentations running through to the close of the event at 5.00pm. Lunch will be provided and, there will be an opportunity to have a tour of the hospital during the lunch break for a behind the scenes look at life and practice at Willows.
