Registered Veterinary Nurse – Medicine

Overview

At Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service we are continually expanding our Specialist services, we are now seeking qualified Registered Veterinary Nurses to work within our Medicine team at our stunning state-of-the-art veterinary hospital located in Shirley, West Midlands.

The successful candidates will be working alongside our team of Registered Nurses, discipline specific Veterinary Care Assistants and Specialist Vets to deliver gold standard veterinary care to our medical patients

Main duties will include:

  • Nursing ward care of our medical patients
  • Collaborating with our Specialist Diagnostic Imaging team with CT and ultrasound work ups
  • Working alongside our Specialist Oncology team
  • Supporting in the running of the radioactive iodine unit
  • Involvement with endoscopy and bronchoscopy cases
  • Opportunities to work alongside both our Specialist and General Practice Veterinary Surgeons.
