Overview

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Hospital Director role is a key leadership position with responsibility for all aspects of hospital performance, covering primary care and referral services. Effective governance will allow delivery of defined objectives to deliver high quality, safe services that meet our vision and our ‘Commitment to Excellence’ in everything we do.

The overriding aim is to lead, motivate, inspire, support and develop the senior leadership and the wider practice teams in the development and delivery of strategic plans, ensuring Willows achieves excellence in delivery of clinical care, enhancing our client experience, and strengthening team engagement whilst delivering performance across all operational elements including quality, people, finance, customer experience and sustainability.

There is potential for further career progression in the UK and Ireland within Linnaeus, and globally within Mars Veterinary Health.
